I've just finished reading the biography of Milerepa, a Tibetan Yogi who lived 1000 years ago. It has been an extremely interesting read - especially to see the methods of attaining enlightenment back in times gone by when things were 'simpler' yet physically harder, along with the cultural Tibetan influences at the time. It has been an inspiring read, yet many things are not translatable to those living in modern times who also wish to attain similar states. Complete detachm
