We gather for meditation, guided movement and sharing. We will explore various aspects of how the soul yearns to express itself. By embodying these you are already opening the doorway for infinite possibilities in how your life creates.

Guided in mediation by Richard and in movement by Vimal, you will be held in a space for gentle but transformative exploration.
