Energetically, this is the moment between the out-breath and the following in-breath. The sacred ground within.
We'll be exploring what is wanting to be let go of and what new gifts of being are being invited in your life. I'll be leading you through a gentle but deep meditative process to bring you to your essence and see what wants to emerge from there.
