Solstic Rebirth - Shine your Light

The summer solstice invites us to reflect on all we've learnt and created since the beginning of the year. We're invited to then birth these new soul gifts into the physical; A new way of being, a new way of relating to the world, a new creative endeavour perhaps.

In a meditational process, I'll be guiding you back to your essence until all that remains is your unique shining light. We'll then see what wants to be birthed. Perhaps you already have an idea of what that might be, or perhaps you want to let yourself be surprised. Whichever it is, you're sure to gain new insight.
