We come together to move and meditate. The subtle higher spiritual dimensions (intuition, quantum manifesting creativity, synchronistic flow) and the denser lower ones (physicality, emotionality, pattern recognition) dance together in dynamic harmony.

It can be difficult to fully integrate the higher self in the dense and habitual daily life. Likewise, when we live in the higher reality we can become disconnected from the practicality of the physical or emotionally detached.

Here, you can be it all at once. A multi-dimensional being.
