Process any triggers which are currently in your life for healing of deeper karmic wounds
Access pure presence, the sacred ground within you that isn’t touched by pain
Express from authentic beingness, rather than from the trauma or manipulative mind
Facilitate the deeper energetic dynamic taking place in your relationships in order to move forwards
